NEW TO CROSSFIT
GETTING STARTED IS EASY
So, are you ready to dive right in? If you’re feeling a bit unsure – don’t worry, you’re not alone. Contrary to what you might believe, getting started when you’re new to high-intensity exercise or not very strong will not be a massively humbling experience. In fact, the first several weeks are arguably the most wonderful and memorable for someone who is new because you’ll frequently blow past your body’s self-imposed limits, and that’s a great feeling.

Step 1: Schedule a FREE No-Sweat Introduction.
This is all about you. You meet with one of our staff and tell us about your goals, past training, work/home life, nutrition and lifestyle. We want to know where you are now so we can help you get to where you want to be!
Step 2: Kickstart Classes (Semi-private training)
All new clients receive a 15 point assessment that will help us visually and physically assess your abilities. This is done over the course of 1 week (3 classes). We use a unique system called the Level Method, which will assess your mobility, strength and overall conditioning in all areas of fitness! This way, our coaches can understand your strengths, address mobility concerns, and expose your weaknesses to prescribe you with your next step(s)!
In these 3 classes, you will get:
- An initial In-body Scan to see your bodyfat and muscle!
- 1-Month of Unlimited Classes included.
- Nutrition Guide and Accountability
- Coach to member ratio will not exceed 4 people!
- And more!
Step 3: Private Training or Group Training
Once you complete your Kickstart classes, you can continue 1-on 1 with a coach or enter into our group classes, based on your overall needs.
Step 4: Free Nutrition Consultation
We will connect you with our professional nutrition coach to help you understand how to make better, long term lifestyle changes to get rid of stubborn body fat and feel more confident at home, in the gym and at work!
