Our CrossFit Kids program is designed for kids ages 8-12, focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Our youngest athletes are encouraged to stay active in a fun, light-hearted environment. They move, grow, and discover their self-confidence while developing body awareness and coordination. We focus on developing overall athleticism, strength and proper movement mechanics.
Our kids are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue onto higher level sports, and into adulthood. CrossFit Kids is appropriate for students looking for a strength and conditioning program to supplement their main school sport as well as those using CrossFit as their sport of choice.
